Selling my old beloved Nikon D700. Classic Nikon camera, with a wonderful sensor and plenty of shutter life left in it (has taken just under 56000 photos). Sells with original battery, charger, 32gb CF-card and cable.
There are however two issues with this camera, which although do not affect its ability to take beautiful photos, are small faults.
Firstly, the autofocus in live mode is very glitchy and slow. This has never bothered me, as I never use the camera in live mode (it's kind of irrelevant in an old camera like this). The autofocus in viewfinder mode is still fully functional.
Secondly, when using the the exposure compensation button and main command dial together, they no longer change the exposure. Instead they change the shooting mode of the camera. This is workable through the custom menu setting, by going to B4 and activating "Easy exposure compensation" permanently. Then exposure is controllable through just turning the main command dial. Although I have reset everything on the camera, I have enabled this work around.
I also have an original battery grip for it, with a more powerful EN-EL4a battery. However, I have no idea where the charger for this is. Can send it with the camera, and you can discern whether you wish to buy a charger, and see if it works.
Otherwise, the camera is in great cosmetic condition (see photos) and when taking it's quirks into consideration, should be able to continue delivering beautiful D700 images for a lot longer.
Sells with a 32gb SanDisk extreme Compact Flash card (which he as a present new purchase value of about 1000kr). There's no card reader for this, but I'm including the cable which connects the camera to the computer, which is easy to transfer photos through.
