Skick: Funkar inte - kan fixas

It was bought for my friends little sister about 20 years ago. Then it was stored (inside) until this spring. I used it for 4 month for my newborn (Stored outside in a shelter). But the mechanism of one wheel is broken and it comes loose. I dont know how to fix it or if it is possible at all?
Newborns can lie in a carrier that you just place on top of the pram. Then later you can also change it into a stroller.
