Here is a unique and premium bike handmade in France
In 2015 a French guy had the idea to create and design this Boardtracker; it's inspired by racing motorbikes from the 1920's on which the engine would have been removed.
The design is unique and the company made 8 bikes before going into bankruptcy. This one has an official plate with 007 number, and it is the only one with these colors, black and gold, called "Irish stout".
New price was 3 000 euros. Steel frame handmade in France , assembly fully performed in France.
Each component is cautiously selected and premium brands only :
- Hydraulic Shimano brakes
- Sturmey Archer transmission with 3-speed hub SRK3
- Brooks grips
- handmade black leather bag, with a zip (looking like a fuel tank)
- Balloon tires Schwalbe Returner 2*2.125
- BLB pedals and leather saddle
- Dartmoor wheels
- chain tensioner Gusset
- carbon fiber stand Upstand (foldable, to put in the leather bag when riding)
- ....
To be short, it is an exclusive bike with exclusive design, but also exclusive details
It is in perfect condition, I bought it new and I have used it very little, and always kept it indoor and perfectly clean.
I moved from France to Sweden 10 years ago and brought it with me, but not used it much as I have other bikes.
It is an efficient bike, you can go fast and far with it. Nothing comparable to cruiser or beach bikes, here it can ride like a good road bike, and the balloon tires make it comfortable and efficient.
The 3-speed are perfect for city rides, you can go fast and also climb hilly streets/roads. No limitation as you would have with a fixie.
I hope to find a passionate buyer who can use it. It is also an eye-catcher and can be used as nice display in a trendy shop or restaurant. Now I sell it for less than half of its new price. Feel free to contact me for more pictures or info Swish payment - No shipping
