Lastolite high key background:
This can be used inside both with and without lights depending on your style of pictures.
Zips on all 4 sides to put your studio light or camera flash inside and zip it back up. Or even put a single studio light or camera flash in the inside centre.
Can be used in the long side up or the long side down. Again depending on you style of foto you are shooting.
It's very lite to move around once the 4 corner peg's have been placed.
