Brynjes Artic dubbel-serie är funktionsplagg tillverkade i två lager där det innersta lagret är i meshstruktur och det yttersta i merinoull. När du rör på dig leds fukt effektivt bort från kroppen där ullen absorberar och avdunstar fukten längre ut och bildar ett isolerande lager över luftfickorna i nätet.

Brynje’s Arctic Double garments consist of thick merino wool on the outside and mesh on the inside. It took us 5 years to test and develop the Arctic series to achieve the quality and functionality we wanted. Close collaboration with polar guides and numerous expeditions to the coldest places on Earth were essential. Arctic was launched in 1997, and in the same year, the products won the Teko Innovation Award. Since then, they have been named “best in test” many times.
The Arctic Double garments are extremely warm and functional, suitable for cold expeditions and a wide range of outdoor activities. They are also perfect for cozy indoor wear when the weather is cold. The garments consist of two layers: mesh inside and thick merino wool outside. This two-layer combination of mesh and wool is very lightweight compared to the exceptional warmth it provides. The inside stays dry thanks to minimal contact points with the skin and polycolon yarn that absorbs little moisture. At the same time, the mesh structure traps a lot of warm air, giving the garments excellent insulation. During high activity, the mesh wicks moisture away from the body. The wool absorbs and evaporates the moisture further out while forming an insulating layer over the air pockets in the mesh. No other underwear in the world achieves these properties in a single product.
