Skick: Bra skick - varsamt använd
Selling my laser cutter project. It's about 90% done and it's been working before just now I am moving and don't have the space for it in my new place and have disassembled it partly to move other things.
It has a 500*1000 mm bed.
The bed can be raised and lowered.
It's a 40w tube with only a hour or two's use time.
Safety glasses included. (Just also never look at the laser regardless) I planned to get better ones and do an enclosure but didn't have the time yet.
32 bit BTT controller using 2209's for the NEMA motors. It's all pretty standard good quality stuff.
You an control it using programs like light burner etc. Its relatively straight forward once everything it is working.
I can include the design in a fusion360 file or step. So you aren't working blind 🌝
Rough cost of parts in SEK kr:
CO2 Tube and laser power supply -2000
Frame 2020 I slot. 2000-2500 including fittings
BTT board and drivers 700.
Additional PSU 100
2x hex boards 1600
Tubing 200
Mirrors 700
Z bed mechanical parts belt etc 1000
Motors 400.
So roughly 10K kr...
Currently its not got a pump I moved them by accident to the new place. They cost roughly 500 for the water and 100-200 for the air. So nothing too much.
Lasers are high voltage and take normal ac voltage.
You need to understand the mechanisms involved and still probably have someone who can be a safety person when you work with the tube power supply etc. I say this just because I don't want anyone getting hurt. Safety first.
You will need to learn how to align mirrors correctly and basic maintenance etc. I can give you some good videos that explain everything.
