Skick: Nytt skick - helt ny
It’s the Reverend Black T - And I’ve been through some wild shit!, an instrument built from found and traded parts, guaranteeing a look and sound like nothing else. The "ghost"-mounted pickup makes the sound seem like it's coming from inside a confessional.
Body
- Jewellery box from Björkå Second Hand store, Gothenburg, Sweden
- Reinforced with Ash, Pine and a shelf that previously served as a display shelf for shoes in an Ecco store
- Inside is spray-painted black
Neck
- Ash
- Sanded with sandpaper and steel wool
- Two layers of Linseed oil
Heel
- Ash
- Ebony from a small statue bought at the Village des brocanteurs 27 flea market in Pont-Audemer, France
- Sanded with sandpaper and steel wool
- Two layers of Linseed oil
Fretboard
- Oak
- Sanded and rubbed with steel wool. Exposed to black paint for a very short time and then drenched in Garant powdered coffee from the Swedish grocery store Willys
- Lastly, two layers of Linseed oil
Frets
- 19 brass colored stainless steel frets
- Gently hammered and roughly polished
Fret markers
- Beech for fret dot markers
- Burned side fret markers
- Beech covered with Kikkoman Soy and Linseed oil
Head
- Ash
- Sanded with sandpaper and steel wool.
- Two layers of Linseed oil
Bridge/Saddle
- Ebony, same as the Heal, and a cut-off hex key, size 3.
- Sanded and treated with Linseed oil
Nut
- Ebony, same as the Heel. And a fret
- Sanded and treated with Linseed oil
Sound Holes
- 0.8mm thick, square perforated Aluminium
- Spray-painted black
Tail Piece
- A plate of brass. Bought at a flea market at Öland, Sweden.
I have absolutely no idea what it was used for
Pickup
- 7.6K Wilkinson Humbucker with a classic vintage tone
- Ghost mounted at the neck
Electronics
- Volume pot
- Jack
Springs
- Spring nr 1 is from the IKEA "Tertial" lamp
- Spring nr 2 was on a wall-mounted plate rack found at the second-hand store Au Vide Grenier Rouen in France
- Mounted on each side of the neck
Strings
- Even though it's not a Resonator guitar, it has ghs 1600 CR Americana Resonator Guitar Bronze String. Because it looks good
- Tuned to E B E

- Just some black tuners
Wiring
- A scraped mic cable
Strap
- 4 lengths of household twine complemented with red yarn and golden gift ribbon
- Twisted to absurdity
