Mitsubishi 3000 GT

It's now time for me to sell my unique Mitsubishi 3000GT. It's the first year model and it's a VR-4. It has pop-up headlights, all-wheel drive and four-wheel steering, twin turbo, active aerodynamics, and electronically controlled suspension. The AC has been out of order, but is now sealed. However, it hasn’t been refilled. It needs a thorough service since I haven’t actually driven it over the past two years, only started it occasionally and had it inspected. So it’s a good idea for the buyer to transport it on a car carrier. The inspection expired this June 2026. My dad and I added a body kit around the car and also painted it Ferrari red. It’s originally burgundy, and you can see that as we only painted the outside of the car. All original parts are saved if you want to restore it. There’s an Apexi box in the car, where you can adjust everything from fuel supply to boost and more. So you can increase the horsepower to about 320. However, there’s a bit of play in a hose to the turbo, which lets in some extra air and it can jerk if you push it a bit outside its original setup. The lights on the front center console are not working, but it shouldn't be a problem to replace them. The car is not in top condition but gives a nice overall impression. There are more pictures available if you are interested. I have owned the car for almost 10 years and am the 4th Swede to own it since it was imported to Sweden in 2002. If I remember correctly, it was imported from Italy. I have a binder with receipts and lots of papers and receipts on what previous owners have done and replaced. Also a manual for the Apexibox. Overall a fantastic car that has given me a lot of driving pleasure, and my hope is that it finds a buyer who is interested in keeping it on the road for many more years.
