Things that been done last year..

2 new electric toilets.

All showers and faucets in the boat changed.

New carpets for the whole boat.

All sails restitched and re enforced on load points at UK sails Málaga.

All old antifouling sanded down to the gelcot and 5 layers of epoxy applied + 2 layers of new antifouling.

All winches cleaned and serviced recently.

All portholes polished and painted with plastic sealer to keep the bronze shining.

2 New bilge pumps.

All batteries new.

Main engine and genset serviced new oil and filters.

Stainless steel tanks opened and checked.

Proved to be in excellent state no sludge or contamination.

High water alarm installed.

Etc etc.....

What need to be done.

She needs a new forstay and aluminum profile, old one broke at the top of the mast and was damaged while falling down.

Been priced here at 4000 euro. Work and parts.

That is basically what is needed to go sailing.

Fridge needs a new electric unit. Not a big job.

Bowthruster motor stopped working a while ago. Probably need to be rewinded. Can also be done here.

Things on board.

All tools is included in sale, more or less all you need to keep boat maintained.

Engine Perkins range four 135 hp aspirated marine engine. Runs like new. Totally dry engine no water or oil leaks whatsoever.

1600 hours.

Gen set. Yanmar 3 cylinder 12kw.

Like new maybe 50 hours.

Sails are hydraulic inmastfurling.

Missen and cutter Sail manual furling.

Fridge and freezer with separate compressors.

Also has a small washing machine in the galley. That runs but need a new gasket in one place.

3 meter dinghy with wheel steering and 25 hp outboard not new but works.

3 plate gas stove with Owen.

2 plate electric stove as back up.

Microwave.

Starlink.

Mindelo marina is a nice place with a lot of different options to Moore the boat. You can choose to anchor just outside the marina for free, or stay in the marina itself, or get a morning wery close to the shore for 150 euro a month. Big sailing community here from all over the world. Lot of lives boards and sailors coming and going every day. Also a big floating bar and restaurant inside the marina to mingle with other sailors.🙂
