Good sailor with many upgrades in recent years. Electrical system replaced, plotter, epoxy treatment, new windows,etc

The Beason 36 is basically the same boat as the Compis 36 and Mamba 36. A nice and fast boat with good sailing characteristics, good interior space and good comfort. If it hadn't been for the messy business in the ownership of the shipyards that built the Beason, Compis and Mamba, I am sure the boat model would have sold much better and have been better known!

The combination of speed and ease of handling with fractional rigging and self-tacking foresail as well as the generous spaces below testify to a boat model that in the 80s was far ahead of its time. With steering wheel, self-tacking winches, engine from 2005, self-tacking foresail, new electrical system, refrigerators etc. this is a very good boat that has the equipment to go anywhere and at an attractive price considering all of the inclusions.
