Royal Yachts 45 - nya motorer

Because of changed personal situation and temporarily living outside of Sweden in summers, I am selling my beloved Nox. She is a unique, fantastic boat of Storebro quality and size similar to modern 52-55ft boats, and at the expense of owning a 40ft boat due to brand new 400hp Iveco engines - great fuel economy and service price. Following is my attempt at Swedish description :) My spoken Swedish is very rusty, but I will do my best to respond in writing or a phone conversation.

Hon är en vacker, högkvalitativ, rymlig och välskött båt med helt nya Iveco-motorer och mycket generöst utrustning. Du får utrymmet och komforten som en 55-fotare, med ekonomin och den enkla servicen hos 400 hk motorer. Jag är inte duktigaste på svenska, så beskrivningen och flera detaljer följer i engelska, men du är välkommen att ringa och prata svenska, eller swenglish.

Currently the boat is in the hangar in Norrland near Ramvik on a trailer, so you are welcome to visit and inspect the entire boat while she's on land. A crane can be easily arranged to launch her directly. My friend - an experienced life-long skipper can show you the boat and provide information about its systems.

She's a beautiful, quality, spacious, well kept boat with brand new Iveco engines, very generously equipped. You get the space and comfort of a 55 foot boat, with the economy and easy service of 400hp engines.

Royal Yachts was a Swedish manufacturer in the late 80's that branched off and competed with Storebro, so the quality and craftsmanship is superb. People often think it's a Storebro. She spent most of her life in Mälaren. Engines were replaced in 2021. All teak on the flybridge, salon and ceiling was built new during engines replacement, the rest of teak was fully renovated in 2024. Engine room was refit and re-equipped, huge and easy to work in. Boat was always polished and waxed, bottom painted in summer 2024. You have to see her in person to understand how much space there is inside and on deck, and amount of storage room. Pictures don't give her any justice. 2 m ceilings in salon and both cabins. Great to live on and for long journeys. She is really a unique boat for her price. Could write more, but there's too much, she just needs to be seen. There is of course spare filters, impellers, parts, and so on. PS: As I'd prefer to not be left without boat at all, and have an opportunity to sail when I am in Sweden, I can consider trading down to a smaller boat of approx 30-36ft, ideally something that I can launch for a week myself on a slip / ramp with a tractor without a crane.
