This guitar combines luxurious tonewoods with Suhr's legendary build quality, unmatched playability, and an extraordinary bonus that makes this an absolute dream package for the serious player: you get two complete, factory-original Suhr pickup configurations.
The core of this instrument is the highly sought-after Korina wood in both the body and neck, delivering an incredibly resonant, warm, and articulate tone. It is capped with a dazzling Flame Maple top in a "Chili Pepper Red" finish, contrasting beautifully with the white pearl pickguard and the dark Pau Ferro fretboard. With stainless steel frets and a highly comfortable "Even C Medium" neck profile, this Suhr plays like butter all the way up the neck.
Two Guitars in One – Uncompromising Quality & Versatility:
Currently, the guitar is rocking a phenomenal HSH setup. To ensure absolutely zero compromise in quality, this entire loaded pickguard—featuring Suhr's acclaimed Thornbucker (Neck), a crisp V60 (Middle), and a roaring Thornbucker+ (Bridge) with coil-splits on both humbuckers—was purchased directly from Suhr. This means every pot, switch, and wire on the guitar right now is 100% authentic, factory-spec Suhr electronics, offering an incredibly wide tonal palette from authentic, glassy single-coils to heavy rock humbucker tones.
The Original Factory HSS Assembly is Included!
As if that wasn't enough, the guitar was originally born as an HSS model, and the fully wired, original factory pickguard is included in the sale (as seen resting in the case in the pictures). If you ever want to return the guitar to its exact factory roots, you have a complete, ready-to-drop-in setup featuring Suhr's legendary ML Standard single-coils in the neck and middle, and an SSV humbucker in the bridge. You are essentially getting two premium Suhr instruments in one case.
