The bike has two hand brakes that work well, tires are in good shape, and the bike has many (21?) gears. Covered in reflective triangle stickers but those can easily be removed. I have had no problems with the bike whatsoever, it's clearly in a used state but works fine :)
Only issue: the seat is rusted stuck at the current height; it is slightly too low for me (I'm 1.74m) to cycle comfortably, so probably best for people shorter than 1.7m. Can certainly be fixed by someone more skilled than me ;)
