Supercool handmade Cabronita with TV Jones Supertron pickups.
The pickups are totally amazing and is a great choice for the guitar with a bit more attitude than usual Filtertron pickups.
The steel blades used in the Super'Tron provide a larger magnetized surface area producing greater inductance. While the DC Resistance is the same as the TV Classic, you will notice a little more output and body with a slightly more accentuated lower-mid range. Warmer and less aggressive than the mid 1960's Gretsch Super'Trons (which had a bunch of thin laminated steel blades instead of one piece of steel). Great choice for finger picking, jazz, punk, blues... it has been said that this design was loved by Chet Atkins (according to Paul Yandell).
Korina body, quarter sawn roasted maple neck, aged body and hardware, satin neck.
Excellent condition but the previous owner has filed the bone nut a bit uneven on the G-string and the guitar would benefit from either fixing that or changing the strings to thicker ones. This affects only the G-string.
