Due to my mental health right now, I fear that I am not doing enough for my little baby…
I’m not 100% set on rehoming him. Right now I’m just looking for potential owners.
He is a very friendly and touch seeking pigeon. He likes to sit on my back and on my lap and demands I pet him. He will shove his beak into the gaps of ur finger as an affectionate sign. He is more like a dog than any other bird.
While he will take some time to open up for others, I’m sure he will love the attention he gets from others that he is comfortable with.
• As I stated, he’s a companion bird who likes to socialise with people and be with them.
•I don’t think i will be rehoming him to somebody to keeps pigeon in a group as a pet and just keeps them there. I prefer somebody who will actively take care of him by being next to him and giving him affection.
• I will not sell it to anyone under the age 16.
• preferably no dogs or cats, unless they are used to small animals and won’t attack. While. Dogs are fine if you keep them out of the room, I don’t feel comfortable with him being in the same house with a cat.
• I will only rehome him to somebody with knowledge and his best well being in mind.
He’s also a very smart one, I bet you can teach him recall pretty fast. He’s also very food motivated. While he does not accept food from freshly new people, he does for the one he sees often (even if not interacting with him, like my parents).
The seller I got him from said he was born August 15-25th 2023
I’m not 100% about his gender but I’m pretty sure he’s a male.
He will come with everything including his cage (it’s basically a dog crate since it’s the best fit for pigeons), the food I have, and basically everything else.
