Gibson Johnny Smith from 1967.
This is a very rare Gibson archtop guitar is in absolute pristine condition. It has carved spruce top, carved maple back, 3-piece maple/walnut neck and X braced top. 17 inch wide.
I have own it for 35 years but rarely took it out for gigs. Mostly used at home. It is dated to 1967 from the serial number in the guitar and number at the original volume potentiometer. This is done by Guitar No1 in Gothenburg. It is refretted with frets in new condition.
It is a new hand carved pickguard and a Kent Armstrong floating pickup installed now.
However, all the original parts follow the guitar and nothing is altered such as screw holes and so on. The original pickup, pickguard and potentiometer is included, and if someone want to restore the guitar to total original its just to put back the original parts. There are some very small scuffs on the guitar but no cracks whatsoever. It has been taken really good care over its 58 years since it was built. Refretting and installing of the pickguard and pickup has been done by the best guitar professionals in Sweden. Gibson hard case is included.
You have to evaluate the condition of the guitar by the pictures and text.
25" scale, 1.75" nut, 3 1/8" depth.

Ebony board w split block pearl inlay.
Ebony bridge w pearl inlay.
Early models w 3-piece maple/walnut neck, later w 5 piece.
Floating mini humbucker, w jack and volume knob attached to guard, D model w 1 pu's
L5 style t.p. w his name inlaid vertically, later models will oettinger style t.p.
Large Super 400 style headstock and pearl inlay.
