Cuddly boy Tarzan

Writing this with a heavy heart, I have made the most difficult decision- to find a new home for Tarzan.
He is an extremely lovely and cuddly cat, loves to get pets, very energetic, very talkative and extremely clever. He needs a lot of play time, he loves running around and catching toys, especially a laser. He loves to jump on high places, getting kisses and getting attention any chance he gets. He needs to be the center of attentions. He needs to be in every room you are. He is a purrfect companion!
I adopted him 2 months ago and I absolutely love him, but he is mean to my first cat Lilly. He steals her food, chases her and hits her whenever he has a chance. I have tried everything, I’ve tried introducing then multiple different time, now I keep them in separate rooms so they start liking each other but he keeps being mean, and Lilly lives in constant stress, I also can’t keep him away from her because he learned how to open doors! The past owner gave him away for the same reasons, he lived with 2 other cats and he was bullying one of them. So he doesn’t go so well with other cats. Or needs a friend who can take a lot of rough playtime.
I want to find the best home possible for him, so it would be great if you explained more about yourself, if you have pets, where you live, if you have any experience with cats.
He become cuddly with me and my partner the second day of being in the house, but of course preferred time alone for the first week.
He will come with a litter box, tooth brush, nail clippers, toys, food. The only thing you would have to bring is a travel box!
