Hello,
I am selling this beautiful classic LIP watch from the 1950s/60s. It features a gold-plated case, a stainless steel case back with a beautifully engraved LIP crest, and a dial with a lovely eggshell patina.
Mechanical condition: The manual-winding movement runs very well, and the balance wheel swings without issue.
Flaw to note: The second hand has come loose from its pinion (it spins freely under the crystal). The watch therefore requires a quick fix by a watchmaker or a properly equipped enthusiast to reattach the hand.
Sold as-is with a black faux-leather strap (buckle is missing). Perfect for a fan of French horology looking for an easy project!
