For sale is my well-functioning Nikon R10 Super 8 camera — a classic, high-grade Super 8 model known for its excellent build quality, very fast zoom lens, and advanced in-camera creative features.
Condition (cosmetic):
Very good cosmetic condition overall, as shown in the photos.
Typical light signs of careful use may be present, but no abuse/drops. Please refer to the images for the most accurate representation of condition.
Condition (mechanical / functional):
Fully functional and film tested in 2025.
Tested with all currently manufactured Kodak Super 8 film stocks, including:
- KODAK VISION3 50D (7203)
- KODAK VISION3 200T (7213)
- KODAK VISION3 500T (7219)
- KODAK TRI-X Reversal (7266)
- KODAK EKTACHROME 100D (7294)
In my testing the camera ran reliably and performed as expected across these stocks.
Auto-exposure is very good (reliable in real-world shooting and consistent in my tests).
Optics & viewfinder condition:
Lens assembly is clean and clear: no haze, no fungus, no scratches, and no visible dirt/dust issues.
Viewfinder optics are also clean and clear with the same standard (no haze/fungus/scratches; no visible dirt/dust issues).
Focus/zoom operation is smooth and usable for practical shooting.
Key features / highlights (about the model):
Fast Cine-Nikkor macro zoom lens (bright maximum aperture, excellent for lower-light Super 8 work).
Multiple frame rates including standard speeds and high-speed option (plus single-frame capability).
Variable shutter (useful for exposure control and creative effects).
Advanced Super 8 functions such as in-camera fades/dissolves and overlap/rewind creative shooting options (depending on how you like to work).
Solid, “serious” Super 8 ergonomics (excellent as a practical shooter’s camera, not just a shelf piece).
