It breaks my heart, but for personal reasons I’ve decided to part with my beloved Fender D’Aquisto Elite from 1985.
At 41 years old, this guitar is in remarkable, almost immaculate condition, no cracks, no dings, no scratches. I’m the second owner, and I personally traveled to Switzerland in 2022 to bring it home, which makes this instrument even more special to me.
It plays beautifully and everything functions exactly as it should. I removed the pickguard to suit my playing style, but it’s included and can easily be reinstalled.
The tone is rich and quite warm. While it hasn’t been my main gigging guitar, I have used it live on a few occasions, and even plugged straight into the board, it delivers an incredible tone.
Specs include a spruce top, maple back and sides with stunning bookmatched flamed maple, and elegant ebony details on the scale, tailpiece, and tuner knobs.
It comes with the original case, which is also in excellent condition.
This is a truly special instrument that deserves a new home.
