Offered is a beautiful and authentic mid-century oil painting by the renowned Swedish-Finnish artist Vera Meurman-Lustikh (1889–1951).
Dated 1943, this piece captures a serene, atmospheric window view looking out onto a classic Nordic courtyard. The composition features a striking bare tree, a blue picket fence, and traditional red-tile architecture—hallmarks of Meurman-Lustikh’s impressionistic landscape style.
The Artist: Vera Meurman-Lustikh was a noted modernist active in Stockholm. Her works are held in private collections across Scandinavia and frequently appear in major Nordic auction houses.
