Skick: Okej skick - synligt använd
Is anybody interested in a ”Damaged” = buckled 3.7 meter “Andrew” prime focus reflector (Large dish)?
I managed to put a large dent in it, whilst lifting it clear of its kingpost at the last QTH ☹
It’s a bit of a “Bitza” meaning, all the different parts fit together, some parts made of stainless steel, and before I dented it, it worked wonderfully well, for receiving all the free-to-air
“Freeview” TV and radio channels from the Astra spotbeam at 28.2 degrees East. (Not to mention receiving and transmitting, up and down
To the QO-100 satellite at 26 degrees East, narrow band USB amateur section of this satellite.
All of the parts are here (But I had to remove some small bolts with an angle grinder, so they will need replacing.
And don’t forget, you will need a “Heavy” concreate base/plinth to mount it on. (I used four cubic meters of concreate)at the old QTH, due to the wind loading!
You will need a largish van, or trailer, because although the dish is in two parts, its still 3.7 meters wide at the bottom of the dish sections
Its laying face down on the grass, dirty, and looking very sorry for itself ☹
