Selling my used HP Pavilion x360 Convertible 14-dh1xxx laptop. It's a versatile 2-in-1 with touch and pen support, but please note it has significant keyboard issues (detailed below). It remains fully usable with an external USB or Bluetooth keyboard, which will be necessary for normal typing.

IMPORTANT: Keyboard Fault Details
The built-in keyboard has extensive malfunctions. An external keyboard is highly recommended. The issues are categorized below:
Completely Non-Functional Keys:
* Letters: A, S, D, F, J, K, L
* Punctuation/Navigation: Comma ( , ), Period ( . ), Forward Slash ( / )
* Special Keys: Delete, End, Function (Fn), Windows Key
* Other: Print Screen, Airplane Mode (F12)
* Arrow Keys: All (Up, Down, Left, Right)
Keys That Output Wrong Characters/Commands:
* Number Row: 5 types "bg5f", 6 types "nh6j", Hyphen/Minus ( - ) types "='-;", Equals ( = ) does nothing.
* Letter Row: G types "bg5f", H types "nh6j", B types "bg5f", N types "nh6j".
* Punctuation Row: Backslash ( \ ) takes a screenshot, Quote ( ' ) and Semicolon ( ; ) type "='-;".
* Top Row: Grave Accent/Tilde ( ` ) acts as Caps Lock and types "À". Caps Lock key itself works but also types "À". Escape (Esc) activates Caps Lock.
Keys That Perform Multiple/Incorrect Actions:
* Backspace: Takes a screenshot.
* Enter: Takes a screenshot and types backslash ( \ ).
* Function Keys (Partial List):
* F1 (Help): Works normally.
* F2 (Brightness Down): Works but also triggers F1 help.
* F4 (Projection): Works but also triggers F1 help and lowers brightness.
* F5 (Keyboard Backlight), F7 (Volume Down), F8 (Volume Up): Type 's' and cause the volume OSD to flicker without changing volume.
* F9 (Rewind) & F11 (Forward): Activate Airplane Mode.
* Numpad Area (with Num Lock Off):
* Insert key functions as Delete.
* Page Up key functions as Backspace.
Physical Damage:
* The Tab key cap is missing, but the underlying switch still works (types a tab).

Sold As-Is due to the keyboard faults. It is perfect as a desktop replacement, for media consumption, or for someone comfortable using an external keyboard and on-screen keyboard for troubleshooting. No returns.
