Selling my Yamaha LL15D acoustic guitar, a high-quality, all-solid instrument, made in Taiwan in late 80s.
Details:
Model: Yamaha LL15D
Body: Dreadnought (LL series)
Top: Solid Engelmann spruce
Back & sides: Solid rosewood
Neck: Mahogany
Fingerboard & bridge: Ebony
Made in Taiwan
Comes with original hard case
Condition:
The guitar is in good condition, it has been set up professionally, it has ebony bridge pins, bone nut and saddle and all the hardware is original. The action is on the low side (2,3mm/ 1,75mm on the 12th fret) and it comes with a new set of Elixir PB 11-52 strings. I can also include you 12-54 gauge Elixirs if you so desire. It has some wear, but none feels like an eye sore. It has been played tons so the wood has opened up beautifully and it sounds divine. It has no buzzing whatsoever, frets are still in a good shape and it is far from needing a neck reset. All in all it is a great instrument.
Reason for sale:
Simply downsizing / changing priorities — nothing wrong with the guitar.
