Skick: Bra skick - varsamt använd
Google CTL mini computer was originally used for Google Meet in a conference room. I flashed the firmware with MrChromebox UEFI ROM. This enables the device to run standard x64 operating systems. Currently there is Debian 13.1 Trixie installed.
I upgraded the computer in the following way:
- Original M.2 SATA blade was replaced by a brand new Kingston NV3 M.2 500GB NVMe SSD
- I replaced the 2 GB module in the top-side slot with brand new Corsair Vengeance 16GB (CMSX16GX4M1A2400C16) module

- Upgradable with M.2 2280 form factor blades. NVMe can be used but some tweaking might be required to unlock higher speeds

Notes:
- Only the top-side RAM slot is easily accessible. Accessing the second slot requires to remove the logic board from the chassis
- There is a big rubber pad on the bottom side of the computer. To access the motherboard I had to peel it off. I put it back and the adhesive still works but it is not glues to the plastic as strongly as it used to be
